Meet Preston

My name is Preston,I’m 34 years old and I’ve lived in Las Vegas for the past 6 years. I moved from Southern California with my wife and dog after graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in kinesiology. I love playing any sport and exploring all different types of scenery. The best thing about training is being able to challenge others to become stronger and healthier inside and out of the gym. Most of all, have fun while doing it!

Personal Trainer

Meet Molly

My name is Molly Johnston, I have over 18 years as a Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. I realize how being unhealthy and overweight affects many aspects of your life. I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. Dealing with my own ups and downs living with not only Auto-Immune Disease, but a Spinal Cord Disease as well, has shown me that a healthy lifestyle, self love, and an optimistic outlook on life is key. I approach my training programs as such. Individualized nutrition and training programs, not “cookie cutter programs” are what will bring your success.

I attended National Personal Training Institute where I obtained my Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant Degree. I have certifications in boxing and TRX training as well as Metabolic Testing. I specialize in muscle building and toning, fat loss, HIIT training and cardiovascular endurance training. I enjoy the energy and camaraderie of group training and the one on one connection with individual sessions. Working out does NOT have to be a chore, it can be fun and actually something you look forward to!!! Especially when you see RESULTS! See you in the gym!

Daniel

Personal Trainer

Meet Daniel

My name is Daniel Edward Kamea’aloha Charles, been alive for 33 years, and I’ve been living in Las Vegas for 23 years. I am a certified trainer since 2017 through NASM, also I am certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist since 2019 through NASM. I prefer working with others and instill a healthy happy lifestyle, which is why I’m here.

The reason I became a trainer is because life is better when you’re in good shape, and as a trainer you have to hold your self accountable to the highest standard. So when I was overweight, I was more self-conscious, because as a fire performer, I’m shirtless during the performance and I would always avoid looking at myself in the mirror because I would only notice my gut. If there were other performers at the same the gig, who were in better shape, then I’d be come more self-conscious. So in 2014, I started changing eating habits and making more time for the gym. Over time, after getting more and more comfortable with the gym environment, I knew I wanted to be a trainer.

I’ve been training clients since 2017, and building relationships is a big reason why I do it. I care for my clients and I do my best to show that I am trustworthy, knowledgeable, accountable, understanding, motivating and supportive. As we journey through health and fitness, everyone goes through their own highs and lows. Sometimes challenges may seem more difficult than before, so it’s good to have someone to support you through the process.
