How many days a week should I work out?

The number of days you should work out per week really depends on your schedule. I recommend starting with 2-3 times a week and adjusting from there.

Can I come as many days as I want when I've purchased an unlimited membership?

If you’ve purchased an unlimited membership, you can come as many days as you want. The studio is open 7 days a week, so feel free to attend as frequently as you’d like.
